Donald Verger Art Calendars
We often have preconceived ideas what a calendar should look like. But it takes a talented industrial designer to think outside the box and come up with a new concept.
South Korean designer Jeong Yong created a circular table perpetual calendar made up of 3 different sized rings. The largest one is for days, the middle sized one for months and the smallest one for days of the week.
A user is able to align each of the rings together to indicate a particular date because the rings contain magnets. What’s also clever is the ability of the calendar to display the date with the circles in different axes. The name of the calendar is simply called “One”.
